Job Responsibilities
1. Actively and independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation, and closure. 2. Participate in the planning, formulation, coordination and execution of sales and marketing activities 3. Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets 4. Propose sales strategies to improve sales performance of the responsible market 5. Prepare sales analysis and reporting 6. Assist with ad hoc project when assigned 7. Be accountable for handling end-to-end sales cycle from pre-sales to post-sales processes including customer visits, presentation, tender, quotation, proposal, delivery and invoicing in a timely manner
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree holder. Major in business administration, marketing or supply chain is preferred 2. Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must. Mandarin Chinese as second/additional language is preferrable 3. 1-3 years’ experience in import/export, sourcing, trading or supply chain activities is preferred 4. Strong track record of success in B2B sales. Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing. 5. Able to work schedules that align with target market 6. Should be sales-driven, independent, mature and value integrity 7. Ambitious to work in a fast-growing environment with the opportunity to take managerial role.
