Job Responsibilities
1. Develop team sales goals and sales plans, actively explore target markets to achieve sales objectives. 2. Develop and maintain customer relationships. 3. Plan for domestic and international exhibitions and overseas client visits. 4. Build, manage, and train the foreign trade team, enhancing their business skills. 5. Foster team spirit, improve team cohesion, and motivate the sales staff. 6. Handle other tasks assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements
1. Over 3 years of foreign trade business experience, with more than 1 year of management experience. 2. College degree or higher, CET-4 or above in English, with proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Capable of fluent communication and handling various foreign trade negotiation scenarios.
