Job Responsibilities

1. Strategy formulation and implementation of product sales strategies of customers in the region, as well as the formulation of annual financial goals and customer indicators; Responsible for formulating work plans and budgets around the customer's annual goals and promoting the implementation; Through the exploration and development of new customers and new business opportunities, we will achieve incremental and existing contracts and sales revenue targets; Promote customers to collect payments in a timely manner according to the account period and achieve the goal of payment collection; Implement the implementation of the overseas regional customer management system; Focusing on the achievement of business goals of overseas regional customers, effectively organize cross-departmental communication and coordination, and jointly cooperate to promote the achievement of customers' financial goals and development project goals. 2. Internal operations are responsible for the operation and management of regional customers, organizing marketing, sales, R&D, manufacturing, and quality, achieving sales targets around regional customers, and promoting target decomposition and process management. 3. Customer Relationship Program: Promote the customer's bottom-up comprehensive customer relationship plan, focusing on the improvement of high-level customer relationship; Investigate the organizational structure relationship of each customer and improve the decision-making chain map; Establish a customer relationship improvement plan to customers, personnel, time points and matters. 4. The brand promotion organization coordinates the technical communication meetings, exhibitions, customer visits and other marketing activities related to customers, promotes the high-end brand image of SHEMAR power exterior insulation industry, and comprehensively enhances the brand recognition of SHEMAR by customers.

Job Requirements

1. Education: bachelor degree or above, business English proficiency; 2. Work experience: 3-5 years of sales experience for overseas OEM customers, familiar with local business habits and compliance requirements; Power equipment, power transmission and distribution, new energy (wind power/photovoltaic) industry background is preferred; Experience in sales of insulators, seals, and high-voltage electrical products is preferred. 3. Resources and networks: Connections with local power companies (e.g., E.ON, Vattenfall), EPC contractors or industry associations are preferred. 4. Ability to conduct market research and insight into demand competition; It has the ability to build, maintain, and improve the customer information of overseas customers; The ability to mine customer information, explore and land business opportunities; learning and innovation capabilities; Ability to promote products and brands. 5. Able to accept long-term overseas assignments.
