Job Responsibilities

1. Establish and improve the company's financial accounting system, financial management regulations, and systems according to the economic laws and decrees of China and Saudi Arabia, as well as the provisions of financial and tax-related systems; 2. Responsible for reviewing the company's cost and expense expenditures, providing a basis for the execution of budgets and fund plans; participate in the feasibility analysis and evaluation of branch company projects; review and execute the financial terms of contracts signed by branch companies; 3. Responsible for the entry of accounting vouchers, the preparation of financial reports, and monthly reports; manage the registration and updating of two-gold accounts; supervise the completion of various fund, expense, income, cost, and asset accounting work; 4. Responsible for the management and accounting of the company's fixed assets, intangible assets, and supervise the procurement, disposal, and scrapping of various types of assets; assist the asset management department in the management of the storage, custody, and issuance of various physical assets; 5. Responsible for the collection, updating, and interpretation of tax policies in countries and regions related to the company, as well as tax planning work; responsible for the declaration, payment, and refund of various taxes; responsible for coordinating and handling the work between the company and Saudi national finance and tax departments and relevant departments of the head office; 6. Responsible for the establishment, storage, destruction, and transfer of the company's financial archives; 7. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance. Priority will be given to those with professional certificates such as Certified Public Accountant. 2. At least 1 year of work experience. 3. Proficient in various office software such as OFFICE and have certain document writing skills. 4. Strong English skills, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
