Alignment between Datev and SAP accounting Prepare annual budget – P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow Prepare quarterly forecast – P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow Prepare monthly financial analysis Margin Analysis and control Cashflow Forecast Tracking of IC Loans Significant contract review Payment Forecast Accounts receivable analysis and control Staff Expenses review and approval Inventory and Warehouse stock control Year end audit coordination

Job Requirements

Qualification – Bachelor in Economic/Finance with major in Accounting and Finance Experiences – More than 5 years’ experience in Accounting, financial reporting and tax Specific experiences – product distribution business , experience in SAP/Datev, VAT lodgement using Datev, Ms Excell and Powerpoint Language: English, German, Mandarin skill will be highly regarded
