Job Responsibilities
1. On-site technical support: responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and regular maintenance of fitness equipment in Russia, quickly respond to customer after-sales requests, provide on-site or remote technical guidance, and ensure efficient solution of problems. 2. Fault diagnosis and solution: analyze the causes of equipment failures, formulate maintenance plans and record case databases; Handle emergency breakdowns and improve customer satisfaction. 3. Customer training: on-site training on equipment operation and basic maintenance for the staff of Russian customers (agents, distributors, chain gyms), and assist in the preparation of Russian maintenance manuals and maintenance guides. 4. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements
1. Educational background: college degree or above, mechanical engineering, electronic and electrical, automation or related majors are preferred; 2. Work experience: more than 3 years of relevant experience in equipment and equipment industry, fitness equipment, home appliances are preferred, and working experience in foreign or Russian markets is preferred; 3. Professional knowledge: familiar with product development and production process, understand the relevant standards of the fitness equipment industry. 4. Professional skills: proficient in the use of office software Offices, design software SolidWorks, Autocad, familiar with 3DMAX software modeling and design. 5. Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to work under pressure and solve customer problems.
