Location: Netherlands Department: EU fleet sales Reports To: Director of EU corporate and fleet sales Job Summary: Our esteemed European automotive company is seeking an experienced Auto Financing Manager to our EU fleet sales department.  The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing financing solutions that meet our customers' needs, overseeing the entire financing process, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. This role requires a deep understanding of financial products, excellent leadership skills, and a strong customer service orientation. Key Responsibilities: - Financing Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative financing strategies that enhance product accessibility and affordability for customers. - Customer Financing Solutions: Oversee the development and promotion of competitive financing packages, including loans, leases, and insurance products, tailored to both individual and corporate clients. - Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies to secure favorable terms and conditions for financing and insurance products. -Agreement Management: Work closely with legal department to evaluate the financial risk associated with auto financing agreements and ensure all financing operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Market Analysis: Regularly analyze market trends and customer preferences to stay ahead of industry developments and adjust financing offerings accordingly. - Financial Reporting: Prepare and present reports on financing activities, portfolio performance, and market analysis to senior management. - Customer Service Excellence:Ensure the auto financing team delivers high-quality customer service, guiding customers through the financing process with transparency and support. -Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required by the line manager, which may vary according to the needs of the department or organization. 

Job Requirements
