Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in manufacturing, cost, testing and other analysis, planning and design feasibility schemes; 2. Combined with customer needs, co-ordinate, guide and implement the development, verification and introduction of new products/new materials/new processes/new equipment, and coordinate the integration, control and delivery of NPI documents; 3. Coordinate the NPI process-related FA, lead the process improvement and excellence rate improvement, lead the process-related PCN change management in the NPI process, and participate in the delivery and review of the NPI to MP list; 4. Solidification and optimization of technical and process documents, including PMP, CTQ, etc., to formulate Ramp Curve OEE goals; 5. Technical window of customer satisfaction, participate in customer reception, audit, CSA, QBR, etc.;
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above. 2. More than 2 years of engineering TPM/PM experience, English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are OK, and can communicate fluently with European and American customers. 3. Familiar with all stages of work from RFQ, NPI to MP, and coordinate all functional colleagues to complete customer requirements. 4. Good communication skills, logical thinking skills. Priority in the audio and headphone industry, experience in high-end customer projects in the United States is preferred.
