Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for developing clients in the assigned market, identifying and tracking effective business opportunities, participating in actual business negotiations and bidding processes, managing client relationships, and facilitating the conversion of opportunities into orders. 2. Develop a sales plan based on sales targets and achieve annual sales goals. 3. Stay updated on industry trends in the assigned country, conduct regular market research and analysis, and produce market research reports. 4. Develop and maintain relationships with local government entities, partners, major clients, and agents. Organize and participate in trade shows, forums, and industry summits, seek local media resources, and establish an employer brand image.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 2 years of overseas work experience. 2. Preferably with market development experience in the petroleum industry, construction machinery industry, large vehicles industry, or international trade. 3. Proficient in the local language for technical communication and business negotiations. 4. Willing to work abroad for more than 3 months at a time, with a total of over 9 months of overseas work per year. 5. Interested in a long-term career in overseas market development. 6. Demonstrates a spirit of hard work, results-oriented mindset, and strong team collaboration skills.
