Job Responsibilities
1. Independently responsible for new customer development, existing customer maintenance, and management within the drone market in the assigned region. 2. Manage existing mature customer relationships in the region, continuously explore sales leads, develop new agents/partners, and secure new orders. 3. Research market information and industry characteristics in the region, collect relevant data, develop targeted sales strategies, collaborate with the marketing department to create overseas promotional materials, and provide product optimization suggestions. 4. Collaborate with the marketing department to organize and participate in overseas trade shows, industry conferences, and other events to identify and collect potential customer information. 5. Work with the department and company support platforms to leverage the company's technical advantages and convert sales leads into orders. 6. Monitor order progress, manage payment collection, and track project delivery. 7. Complete sales-related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or higher, with preference for foreign language, aerospace, or engineering majors. 2. Over 3 years of overseas sales experience, with priority given to those with experience in telecommunications, security, or large-scale manufacturing industries. Preference for candidates with networks in police, special police, energy, and power sectors in the responsible region, and experience residing in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, etc. 3. Preference for candidates with overseas B2B or B2G client resources. 4. Fluent in spoken English and professionally proficient in written English, capable of using it for work and business negotiations; additional proficiency in Russian, French, Arabic, Spanish, or other less common languages is a plus. 5. Keen market awareness, adaptability, and ability to independently manage projects. 6. Strong learning ability, business negotiation skills, communication skills, and logical thinking and analysis capabilities. 7. Strong drive, energetic, healthy, optimistic, and entrepreneurial spirit. 8. Able to adapt to high-intensity work and frequent overseas travel.
