Quick Response, Agile Solutions: Communicate efficiently with customers and gather information like a superhero. Lead the Sales Team: Be the driving force behind the Wiper-System project team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve the company’s business goals. Business Activity Planner: Take charge of commercial activities with customers, including new business bidding, APR negotiations, and EC quotes—show off your negotiation skills! Technology Ambassador: Introduce our new technologies and products to customers, showcasing our technical advantages and becoming their best partner. Quality Problem Detective: Quickly collect clues about quality issues and provide timely feedback to the factory to ensure problems are resolved. Action Plan Coordinator: Work closely with relevant departments at the SHB factory to develop and implement contingency action plans that ensure customer satisfaction. Customer Visit Explorer: Regularly visit customers, proactively communicate, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement in quality and service. Project Risk Manager: Collect information on new projects to help customers minimize project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher. More than 3 years of quality or engineering experience, with at least 5 years in the automotive field. Familiarity with IATF16949 and VDA6.3 standards.
