Job Responsibilities
1.Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and revenue forecasts. 2.Perform market analysis to uncover key trends, understand the competitive environment, and gauge customer preferences to support strategic decisions. 3.Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure product offerings align with market demands and customer feedback. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective clients, ensuring terms are in line with company goals and policies. 4.Design and execute a comprehensive business development plan specifically tailored to the Thailand EV charging sector. 5.Identify, engage, and foster relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders to create collaborative opportunities. 6.Create and deliver impactful presentations to educate clients on our EV charging solutions, highlighting benefits and value. 7.Stay informed on industry developments, regulations, and incentives related to EV charging in Thailand, adjusting strategies as necessary. 8.Travel as needed to attend industry events, trade shows, client meetings, and partnership discussions.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is advantageous. Strategic mindset with the capability to analyze market trends and pinpoint growth opportunities. 2.Thai and Mandarin can be used as the main communication languages. 3.Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 4.Willingness to travel as necessary to carry out the duties of the role. 5.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software. 6.Demonstrated success in business development and sales within the Thailand market, preferably in the EV, clean energy, or technology industries. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. 7.A strong passion for sustainability and clean transportation solutions. 8.In-depth understanding of EV market dynamics, charging infrastructure, and associated technologies. 9.Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
