Job Responsibilities

1. Based on the company's marketing strategy, develop and establish the marketing system for the energy storage overseas market and formulate overseas market sales strategies. 2. Conduct research on the energy storage product's overseas market, collect, organize, and analyze industry information, and submit relevant reports regularly. Plan and break down sales targets for each region. 3. Build and maintain a database of overseas customer information. Develop detailed market expansion plans and strategies based on the company's energy storage product sales goals. 4. Establish and lead the overseas sales team to achieve the company's market development and sales targets. Allocate sales tasks to team members, develop sales plans, and ensure sales performance goals are met. 5. Manage the sales budget and actual expenses for the assigned sales region. 6. Conduct business training, performance management, and guidance for sales personnel in the region. Handle public relations, relationship maintenance, and business negotiations with key overseas clients. 7. Develop a reasonable overseas market marketing budget, control costs, and achieve cost savings.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 2 years of experience in overseas sales within the energy storage industry. Deep understanding of overseas market demands and proven success in leading and organizing major client development. 2. Positive work attitude with strong resilience to pressure. 3. Excellent management skills, high adaptability, and strong sense of responsibility. 4. Fluent in English with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities. 5. Industry client resources, familiarity with regional industrial and commercial storage policies, and relevant industry connections are preferred. 6. Strong market development skills and extensive client resources. 7. Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills with a strong problem-solving ability.
