Job Responsibilities
Review customer inquiry documents to determine Neway product selection based on customer requirements and specifications Collaborate with engineering and management as needed Prepare documentation related to exceptions or deviations Prepare detailed and complete quotation bid packages based on customer requirements and specifications within prescribed deadlines Review and compare purchase orders for accuracy and completeness against quotation parameters prior to order entry by Distributions Sales Specialist Provide written correspondence and oral communication with customers, other sales staff to obtain information and promote clear understanding of quotation requirements
Job Requirements
College Degree preferred and minimum 1 years’ experience mechanical industry, experience in valve industry preferred Professional and courteous communication and customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure while multi-tasking the needs of multiple customers Professional and Positive Attitude English and local language, Chinese preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Work well independently and possess a high-energy level, competitive nature
