Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain comprehensive product documentation, interface with customer needs, and deliver solutions tailored to the specific scenarios of individual customers based on their actual requirements. 2. Conduct installation and commissioning of equipment, output configuration of merchandise solutions, bind personnel information, and provide training on the use of equipment and platforms. 3. Handle failures after equipment delivery, modify product channels, maintain and service equipment, and continuously respond to other customer needs. 4. Assist in preparing equipment for overseas exhibitions, integrate marketing materials based on sales promotion needs, address customer queries, and enhance the efficiency of product promotion. 5. In the interface between sales and customers, confirm customer needs, output solutions tailored to the actual scenarios of customers based on their real needs, and address customer queries. 6. Through interaction with customers, truly understand their actual needs, assist product managers in conducting demand research, correct false product functions, capture core needs, and help develop products that are genuinely suitable for the market and meet the core needs of customers. 7. For hardware and software malfunctions at the site, understand the root cause of the problem, propose improvement methods and optimization suggestions, and establish a lessons-learned database and standardize countermeasures.

Job Requirements

1.Degree in engineering or science disciplines, preferably with a focus on electromechanical positions, and proficiency in English as a working language. 2.At least 3 years of experience in technical support for equipment or technical support experience in IoT software. 3.Emphasis on customer experience, excellent communication and coordination skills, strong sense of organization, and familiarity with the common fault principles of equipment or software. 4.Familiarity with basic problem-solving methodologies such as SCQA, SMART, 5WHY, ISSUE TREE, etc. 5.Knowledge of the construction and maintenance of technical support-related systems and processes.
