Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of retail KA channels in the United States and Canada; 2. Formulates channel sales strategy, product strategy, integrates internal and external resources to develop key retail customers; 3. Regularly collect retail channel market information, and cooperate with the company's product department to introduce products that meet the needs of retail channels in a timely manner; 4. Integrate the company's internal marketing resources to help retail customers improve the effect of product display and increase sales; 5. Participate in the development and operation of retail channels throughout the process, including but not limited to product selection, pricing, sales testing, promotion and promotion; 6. Manage and cooperate with foreign employees to achieve retail channel entry goals and sales targets.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, adapt to cross-cultural, cross-time zone working mode； 2. English can be used as the working language, overseas sales experience in consumer electronics industry, 3C digital and IT industry and other industries is preferred; 3. At least 5 years of sales experience in North American channels, 3 years or more of experience in the development and maintenance of North American retail channels, understanding of North American retail channel rules, successful experience in leading retail channels in the United States is preferred; 4. Consumer electronics (3C consumer electronics products & marketing); 5. Base Shenzhen, business trip to North America;
