Job Responsibilities

1. Build 0-1 business section, and formulate various work promotion plans from the establishment of the department to the development; 2. Formulate business development plans and specific implementation plans, and complete the company's market share improvement and annual business indicators; 3. Research market trends, competitors and customer needs, provide market analysis and competitive intelligence, and provide support for sales strategy and decision-making; 4. Establish and manage the business team, including recruitment, training and development of team KPIs, to ensure that the sales team has the necessary professional knowledge and skills. 5. Work closely with the marketing center (brand, product, design) and R&D department to ensure the smooth sales workflow and customer demand satisfaction. 6. Responsible for the development and maintenance of the market and customers, and complete a series of work from quotation, proofing, production, transportation, customs clearance, and payment collection;

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, marketing, business English is preferred; 2. More than 5 years of foreign trade business experience, more than 2 years of team management experience, 0-1 construction experience is preferred; 3. Familiar with import and export business processes and all aspects of import and export business; 4. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, proficient in the use of various office software; 5. Have good communication, coordination and execution skills, work hard and seriously, respond quickly and keenly, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
