Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and train the sales team to ensure sales targets are met. 2. Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively manage sales channels and markets. 3. Understand customer needs and enhance customer satisfaction through effective sales techniques and communication. 4. Develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships with both internal and external clients. 5. Manage sales contracts, including signing, execution, and tracking processes. 6. Create sales budgets, monitor expenses and income, and maintain budget effectiveness. 7. Analyze and report on sales targets and sales performance. 8. Stay informed about market trends and competitors, and propose effective countermeasures.

Job Requirements

1. At least 3 years of work experience in the Singapore sales market, familiar with the Singapore sales market situation, with a good background in the Singapore sales industry. 2. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business, sales, or related fields. 3. Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with strong interpersonal relationship management skills. 4. Good data analysis and processing abilities, proficient in using various sales data analysis tools. 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage in fluent academic exchanges in English or Singaporean languages. 6. Background in the sales industry is preferred, with prior experience in Singapore sales companies being an advantage.
