Job Responsibilities

Online Teaching • Deliver interactive, curriculum-based virtual lessons to children, teens, or adult learners. • Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and positive virtual classroom environment. • Monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and support learner development. • Occasionally cover classes as needed. Live Streaming & Content Engagement • Host live educational sessions, Q&As, workshops, and themed events on local platforms. • Create short-form content and behind-the-scenes videos to enhance learner engagement. • Build and interact with a loyal online community of learners and followers. • Represent the Houhai English brand with enthusiasm and authenticity. • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams on creative concepts and campaigns.

Job Requirements

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, or other recognized teaching certification. • Teaching, tutoring, or training experience (online teaching experience preferred). • Confident and charismatic on camera with a professional, friendly demeanor. • Strong communication, classroom management, and storytelling skills. • Familiarity with live-streaming tools or platforms is a plus. • Creative, adaptable, and passionate about delivering educational entertainment.
