Job Responsibilities
1. Fully responsible for the management of the store (personnel management, merchandise allocation, store display, financial handling, etc.), complete the sales tasks assigned by the company, and coordinate the implementation of various promotional activities; 2. Maintain and promote the company's brand image, be responsible for customer relationship maintenance, and properly handle various contradictions that arise in customer complaints and service work; 3. Responsible for the guidance and training of store staff.
Job Requirements
1. Have 3 years or more of work experience in jewelry retail store management (at the supervisor level, with major brands), with strong coordination, communication, and management skills; 2. Understand the Thai market and be willing to work in Thailand on a long-term basis (a must); 3. English must be used as a working language, with strong cross-cultural communication skills (a must).
