Job Responsibilities

1. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for the entire U.S. market at the company level, aligned with company strategy. Integrate internal resources, manage key account interactions, and develop and maintain industry client relationships. 2. Identify and cultivate supporters among key decision-makers in the client’s decision-making chain. Add significant value in addressing key client opportunities or risks. 3. Continuously improve service levels for existing clients, maintain client relationships, and ensure client contract renewals. 4. Expand the industry market by identifying potential clients and business opportunities. Gain a deep understanding of clients' internal structures, carry out product market development and sales activities, and achieve the company's annual sales goals. 5. Monitor product market dynamics, analyze sales data, and identify issues such as market competition and development trends. Propose improvement plans and measures. 6. Manage project resource allocation and business public relations, oversee project operations and monitoring, and assist in establishing key client case studies.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above with 3 to 5 years of experience in key account sales, preferably with experience in B2B industries and a proven track record in sales. Must have the ability to independently manage projects worth over ten million and be willing to be stationed in the U.S. for an extended period. 2. Familiar with client business needs and decision-making processes, with keen market insight and strong communication skills. Able to analyze industry information, forecast industry trends, provide advice and recommendations to clients, enhance client trust, and offer effective suggestions for customer marketing strategies to the department or superiors. 3. Strong market analysis, product promotion, and presentation skills. Proficient in the company’s products and key selling points. Capable of understanding, analyzing, and accurately pinpointing core client needs, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of competing products, clearly articulating the advantages and value of the company’s solutions, and establishing long-term cooperation with clients. 4. Able to analyze industry information, forecast industry trends, and provide advice and recommendations to clients to enhance their trust and stabilize client relationships. 5. Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, with the ability to work hard and handle pressure. Good teamwork skills and adaptability to travel. 6. Independent in client development, relationship maintenance, and negotiation skills. Quick to respond, strong in communication, personable, and goal-oriented.
