Job Responsibilities

Shanghai French School is looking for an Extracurricular Activities Coordinator for the 2024-2025 school year at the Yangpu campus. Responsibilities: – Managing logistics of ASC, competitions, and events: Contribute to project implementation (internally and externally), Manage transportation (buses), Ensure reservation and management of rooms for activities, Ensure distribution of uniforms, Supervise elementary children during ASC (Wednesday and Friday), Ensure compliance with safety rules in accordance with school regulations. -Managing Human Resources aspects: Monitoring service hours and absences of staff, Managing staff badges, Monitoring staff and session content during ASC. -Managing administrative and accounting aspects: Monitor orders, materials, and supplies, Ensure physical reception, Answer phone calls and provide initial information to parents and coaches, Manage messaging (responses), Update database (LFS Online), Monitor ASC billing, Communication about activities: drafting articles, creating photo montages for families.

Job Requirements

Profile: A passion for sports, coupled with coaching experience or a background in sports, would be a real asset. Demonstrated proficiency in office tools such as Word and Excel. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken. Chinese is an additional advantage. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously while demonstrating a sharp sense of responsibility. Thorough and organized, you are known for your ability to structure and coordinate activities. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and orally. Passionate about fieldwork, you enjoy tackling challenges and fully investing in your missions. Willing to contribute positively to our team while adapting to the changing needs of our work environment. Developed sense of customer service, with a commitment to students and their families, demonstrating your willingness to support and proactively meet their needs.
