Job Responsibilities

(1) Sales strategy: Formulate an international sales strategy and annual plan that are in line with the company's overall strategy, and clarify goals, positioning and strategies. Analyze international market trends, competitor dynamics and customer needs, provide strategic advice for product development and marketing, and regularly adjust sales strategies. (2) Team management: Establish, lead and manage the international sales team, covering recruitment, training, performance evaluation and motivation. Provide guidance to members, improve their sales skills, and establish efficient management systems and processes. (3) Market and customers:develop new international markets and customer resources, and formulate entry strategies and development plans. Maintain existing customer relationships, make regular return visits, provide high-quality services, and improve satisfaction and loyalty. Organize and participate in international exhibitions and other promotional activities to enhance the international awareness of the brand. (4) Performance management: Set sales targets and budgets, and decompose them into regions and members to ensure the completion of tasks. Monitor performance, analyze data, solve problems in a timely manner, and coordinate internal resources to ensure a smooth sales process. (5) Business negotiation and contract negotiation on behalf of the company and important customers to strive for favorable cooperation conditions. Review and sign contracts, track execution, and deal with disputes and risks. (6) Cross-departmental collaboration and marketing, R&D, production, logistics and other departments to feedback market information and customer needs, and promote the company's business development.

Job Requirements

(1) Educational background: bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, marketing and other related majors is preferred. (2) More than 8 years of international sales experience, more than 3 years of sales management experience, excellent sales performance, familiar with the international market process, understanding of specific industries is preferred. (3) Professional skills, fluent in English, able to communicate and negotiate smoothly with international customers. Proficient in the use of sales management and office software, master business negotiation, marketing and customer relationship management methods. (4) Ability and quality: Excellent leadership, team management, market insight, communication and coordination and business negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems, good professional ethics and sense of responsibility. (5) Other requirements: be able to adapt to frequent international business trips. Senior sales experience in FMCG industry and 3C electronics industry is preferred
