Job Responsibilities

1. Independently develop new clients, meet their needs, close deals, and build customer loyalty. 2. Maintain and manage key accounts, oversee daily matters, and follow up on tasks. 3. Assist and coordinate with the Sales Director in daily departmental management, and execute decisions from company leadership. 4. Establish, monitor, and improve departmental operational processes and systems. 5. Independently handle client reception and visits, and conduct business negotiations. 6. Have a deep understanding of the products, identify customer needs, and define products accordingly. 7. Collect market information, client data, and competitor analysis to guide product definition. 8. Responsible for convening and chairing project meetings, coordinating, checking, and supervising the work of team members. 9. Build, manage, and enhance the domestic team, and develop human resources for the overseas team. 10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Science, Engineering, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields. 2. Over five years of experience in overseas sales, with some team management experience and a background in overseas business trips. 3. Fluent in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to use it as a working language. 4. Possess a valid driver’s license with over one year of actual driving experience; overseas driving experience is a plus. 5. Positive work attitude, clear logical thinking, strong ability to handle pressure, and a quick learner. 6. Prior experience in the lithium battery industry is preferred.
