Job Responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for the coordination of the implementation of the R&D digital project management project group, progress control, and work promotion to ensure that the QCD indicators are achieved 2. Responsible for the basic design of the R&D digital project as a project manager 3. Responsible for the coordination of the development and implementation of the company's key customer system, customer relationship handling and risk identification 4. Responsible for coordinating the members of all parties involved in the project. Team building and personnel training 5. Responsible for project implementation, acceptance review, post-evaluation and other work

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in Japan, more than 3 years of experience in management software development, implementation and delivery and project management; 2. Software engineering, information engineering, computer application science and information technology and other related majors, or management majors, need to be able to guide development engineers to carry out system development and design, guide problem analysis and BUG handling; 3. Proficient in demand research methods, strong learning ability, communication and coordination skills; 4. Have good thinking logic ability and ability to work under pressure, and have a strong sense of teamwork; 5. Have good project planning, document writing skills, writing skills and program presentation skills; 6. PMP certificate or PM advanced certificate is preferred, and experience in software development and project management in the automotive industry is preferred. 7. Japanese can be used as a working language
