Job Responsibilities

岗位职责Job responsibilities: 1.负责俱乐部基础学员的训练。完成ROGY各级段的教学。 1. Responsible for training the basic students of the club. Complete the teaching of ROGY at all levels. 2.协助俱乐部高水平运动队主教练设计好各梯队的训练大纲 2. Assist the head coach of the club's high-level sports team in designing training outlines for each tier of teams 3.协助俱乐部高水平运动队主管经理做好梯队管理。 3. Assist the high-level sports team manager of the club in managing the team effectively. 4.在日常工作中，发现与选拔有潜力的苗子。 4. Identify and select potential seedlings in daily work. 5.在完成基础训练之余，适当地接受俱乐部会员私教的预约并开展教学。 5.In addition to completing Basic Training training, appropriately accept club member private teaching appointments and carry out teaching.

Job Requirements

1.5年以上高水平专业网球训练经历。能打会教。曾受训于全球知名网球俱乐部的优先。 1.More than 5 years of high-level professional tennis training experience. Can play and teach. Priority given to those who have received training from globally renowned tennis clubs. 2.曾打过所在国家的大学联赛，并且是代表队球员优先。 2.Have played in the university league of their country and are preferred as a representative team player. 3.曾作为助教执教过职业巡回赛职业球员的优先。 3.Priority will be given to professional players who have previously coached as assistant coach for international professional tournaments. 4.所带的球员曾获得国家或全球性职业比赛优胜的优先。 4.Players who have won national or global professional competitions will be given priority. 5.大学本科以上学历。 5.Bachelor's degree or above.
