Job Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities  Develop and implement the company's long-term and short-term strategic plans to ens ure the achievement of business objectives.  Supervise and manage the daily operations of the company, including finance, sales, marketing, human resources, purchasing, and supply chain.  Oversee RV research and development, production, quality control, and service support to ensure that products meet market demand and customer expectations.  Analyze and evaluate market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and adjust business strategies to adapt to market changes.  Lead and manage the sales team, expand sales channels, and increase market share.  Manage and cultivate the company team, improve employee satisfaction and performance, and build an efficient and collaborative team culture.  Establish and maintain good relationships with government agencies, industry associations, and other partners.

Job Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, marketing, enterprise management, or a related field. Professional qualifications in related fields, such as an MBA or PMP, are preferred.  More than 8 years of senior management experience in the RV industry or a related field, and over 15 years of experience as a manager in large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.  Proficient in strategic planning, operations management, financial management, and human resource management.  Excellent planning, organization, coordination, and implementation capabilities, with the ability to handle complex problems in business processes and a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.  Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead the team to achieve business goals.  Excellent market analysis and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to respond quickly to market changes.  Familiarity with capital operation theories, solid professional knowledge, and relevant knowledge in finance, law, and capital operations. Rich experience in capital operation, equity investment, property rights transactions, bond financing, acquisitions, mergers, and reorganizations, along with familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and actual trading.  Proficiency in various investment and financing methods, with successful cases and experience in attracting capital. Extensive network resources and deep financing channels in banking, trust, and securities fields are preferred.  Proficient in English, with international vision and cross-cultural communication skills.
