Job Responsibilities

1.Support the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of privacy and data protection policies, processes, and controls. 2.Understand and manage the Data Privacy Management tool and drive various activities like DSR, 3rd-party privacy DD, cookies management, etc. through the tool. 3.Assist in the privacy and data protection reviews to ensure the effectiveness of controls in place to address potential privacy and data protection issues. 4.Maintain internal compliance repository and knowledge database and keep abreast of evolving privacy and data protection regulations, laws, and policies.

Job Requirements

1.Previous experience on privacy related certifications, including but limited to DPTM, CBPR, Privacy Shield, etc; 2.Excellent research and analytical skills in maintaining the compliance repository and knowledge database to assist customer's questionnaire feedback and compliance assessment process; 3.Hands-on experience on vendor due diligence and management, be able to demonstrate the technical and communication skills to identify risks and resolve them accordingly 4.Be familiar with the global privacy laws, including GDPR, PDPA, etc; 5.Knowledge in cloud technology and security, hands-on experience and ACA/ACP qualification is a plus; 6.Strong English and Chinese speaking, reading and writing skills. 7.Any privacy qualification will be a plus
