Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the management and operation of overseas subsidiaries/offices, including team building and management. 2. Lead the team to develop ISP clients/distributors in the subsidiary's region, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. 3. Plan warehouse stocking based on sales forecasts to improve inventory turnover rates. 4. Establish and implement the subsidiary's operational systems based on headquarters' management requirements (including finance, legal, tax, HR, and warehousing systems).

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above with over 5 years of relevant work experience, including experience in managing and operating overseas subsidiaries. 2. Proficient in Spanish/English with excellent communication skills. 3. Capable in market insight, information mining, business negotiation, market development, and building and managing both Chinese and foreign teams. 4. Familiar with the telecommunications industry; having a U.S. visa is preferred.
