Job Responsibilities

Must be fluent in English and Mandarin. Must have good internet connection on your computer and your cell phone. Must be able to answer calls immediately and report to our medical director during Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm EASTERN standard time as we are in Florida, USA. Medical Physicians Group Is a primary care, urgent care, and telemedicine clinic and services with about 20% Chinese speaking only patients. You must be able to work 8am to 5pm Monday to Saturday EASTERN Standard Time. You must be able to speak close to fluent English, have good internet at home, have good internet on your cell phone. You will be answering phone calls, checking on insurance, contacting patients to get make them get payments. Staff who do great work may apply to work in-person in the United States.
