Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the overall financial operation and management of the company, as well as the improvement of the internal control system; Participate in major business decisions of the company, provide advice and decision support, and participate in risk assessment, guidance, tracking, and control. 2. Coordinate the company's fund settlement, operation, and accounting, timely submit various management reports and analysis reports, and provide decision-making basis for the management. 3. Lead the development and implementation of annual financial plans and budgets, responsible for providing financial data and financial analysis. 4. Responsible for reviewing important economic contracts and purchase and sales contracts of the company, and supervising the execution of contracts. 5. Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with relevant institutions such as industry and commerce, taxation, and banks. 6. Responsible for department team building and employee development, developing internal financial indicators, and managing performance evaluations effectively; Coordinate the relationship between the finance department and other departments. 7. Actively understand the company's financial policies and implement them. 8. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance or other related fields, with at least five years of experience in finance and at least two years of management experience as a finance manager/finance director. 2. Having good international perspective, financial management experience and keen insight and data perception, familiar with financial management processes, possessing financial control ability, and a strong overall perspective. 3. Familiar with the relevant provisions of the Enterprise Accounting Standards and proficient in preparing consolidated financial statements. 4. Having good professional ethics, rigorous work style, high sense of career and responsibility, daring to take responsibility, and strong execution ability; Has good organizational and coordination skills, is good at communication, and can adapt to high-intensity work. 5. Fluent English speaking and written skills.
