Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute business development strategies for overseas markets to support the company's overall strategic goals. 2. Coordinate and maintain long-term stable cooperative relationships with overseas governments, key clients, and regulatory agencies. 3. Oversee the daily operations of overseas businesses to ensure that all business activities comply with company policies and local regulatory requirements. 4. Coordinate internal company resources across various departments to facilitate the smooth implementation of overseas business projects.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with extensive experience in managing overseas teams or working abroad. 2. Excellent team management skills or methodologies, capable of managing overseas team members across different regions and adapting to local conditions. 3. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team, and adapt to overseas business trips and team management. 4. Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language for both oral and written communication. 5. Familiar with business etiquette, possessing an international perspective, strong professional ethics, and a sense of responsibility.
