Job Responsibilities

1. Business Development Strategy Formulation: Develop corresponding business plans based on insights and analysis of target markets and competitors, and break down and undertake the company's long-term and short-term objectives. 2. Channel Development: Execute sales and marketing plans according to company strategies, actively identify and approve channel partners, continuously expand and optimize sales channels, and establish a comprehensive channel structure (both online and offline). 3. Channel Management: Understand and analyze industry channel trends, develop effective channel strategies, provide sales, technical support, product resources, and maintain communication with channel partners to promote product marketing and services, collect market and customer information, manage channel penetration, and refine channel management. 4. Sales Management: Implement company product and sales strategies, conduct sales forecasts, organize business negotiations, secure customer orders, achieve sales targets, and ensure the collection of receivables. 5. Brand Promotion:Plan and organize brand and product promotional activities in target markets to enhance the regional influence of the company's product brand.

Job Requirements

1. At least 2 years of experience in local channel sales operations in the Latin American market, with strong development capabilities and knowledge of marketing methods in the consumer electronics industry, CCTV security industry, and home appliance industry. 2. Achievement-oriented with a long-term mindset and a strong sense of dedication; diligent, resilient, responsible, and with strong execution skills. 3. Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. 4. Bachelor's degree or higher.
