Job Responsibilities

1. Mainly responsible for client technical support, including client visits or exhibition events; 2. Independently develop or assist sales in writing technical marketing content as needed for marketing; 3. Provide product application training and technical communication for clients in specified regions; 4. Handle customer complaints and support in specified regions, including product analysis, testing, and repairs; 5. Collect industry information by participating in industry exhibitions or forums and submit necessary analysis reports; enhance the company's brand technical influence through industry activities; 6. Write marketing EDMs or similar content for digital media according to the company's marketing outline, improving the company's digital marketing impact; 7. Participate in long-term projects in the company's open laboratory, accumulate knowledge and perspective on optical network system marketing, and develop differentiated pre-sales technical support capabilities; 8. Continuously learn the latest industry protocols as required, and conduct periodic knowledge transfer and new product technical training for sales personnel; 9. Provide product technical support and verification for external supplier cooperation projects based on business needs; 10. Responsible for breaking down client-customized project requirements and collaborating with the marketing and R&D departments to complete product pre-release documentation; 11. Perform other marketing tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Master's degree or higher, with a background in electronics and telecommunications or related fields; 2. Over 5 years of experience in optical communication system engineering, familiar with semiconductor or optical communication basic theories; 3. Knowledge of industry standards and specifications for optical communication/optical devices, and understanding of optoelectronic product development and lifecycle; 4. English communication skills required, and ability to occasionally travel domestically and internationally for short-term assignments.
