Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the design, promotion, and implementation of courier products and scenarios (such as time-sensitive products, e-commerce products, value-added services, etc.). 2. Develop sales strategies and business development plans for courier product channel logistics. 3. Empower the sales team with company courier products, industry experience, and client development skills. 4. Set courier business goals and break them down, coordinate sales development, manage major clients, and guide project implementation. 5. Collaborate with various departments at headquarters to continuously improve product processes and address issues. 6. Formulate the company's market development strategy, annual market objectives, and marketing direction. 7. Lead the team in market expansion, enhancing the company's market share. 8. Conduct market research, analyze collected data, and forecast market trends to provide reliable information for company decisions. 9. Research new product launches, develop promotion plans based on market prices and competitor information, and confirm budget proposals. 10. Maintain strong relationships with key platform clients and major customers, conduct regular visits, and gather client feedback.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in sales or operations in leading courier companies. 2. Strong communication and presentation skills, with significant project management experience, having led regional sales operations and courier product promotion projects. 3. Knowledgeable about courier product features and competitors, with experience in courier project operations. 4. Experience in developing, promoting, and maintaining clients from major e-commerce platforms.
