Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the construction and management of the company's core business front-end team; 2. Optimize existing products, improve system speed, stability and scalability, continuously improve user experience, and reduce business development costs; 3. Undertake important business projects and be able to make reasonable technical solutions; 4. Lead the optimization of performance and stability, tackle technical problems, and find and solve various potential technical risks; 5. Responsible for discovering and producing products and tools that are valuable for improving team efficiency;

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, 8 years or above front-end work experience; 2. Excellent team management and communication skills, with more than 3 years of practical experience in team management with more than 20 people; 3. Have a solid basic knowledge of computer, and be able to reasonably abstract and split complex business logic; 4. Have practical understanding and practical experience in web applications that achieve high performance, high availability and excellent user experience; 5. Have front-end architecture capabilities, be proficient in front-end technologies, such as React, Angular, Vue, Node, Electron, etc., and be familiar with popular frameworks in the field; 6. Pay attention to the development of front-end technology, be willing to learn, share and contribute, have strong self-motivation and technology landing ability, and be good at using tools to improve efficiency; 7. Understand the research and development process of intelligent hardware products, have good and rigorous problem analysis ability, have sufficient sensitivity to problems and take the initiative to think and propose solutions; 8. Experience in NAS business or large-scale electron application development is preferred.
