Job Responsibilities

1. Define product strategy and planning, conduct market research and competitive analysis. 2. Describe product function design, write product requirement documents, and optimize product processes and prototypes. 3. Oversee the product development process, create project plans, communicate and collaborate with the development team, and ensure product quality and delivery schedules.

Job Requirements

1. Over 5 years of experience as a product manager or in window and door development; associate degree or higher. 2. Willingness to be stationed abroad (Dominican Republic, Americas), with the possibility of returning to China for one month each year. 3. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. 4. Experience in the aluminum alloy door and window industry, with in-depth knowledge of aluminum alloy deep-processing products and door/window products. 5. Knowledge of the U.S. market is a plus.
