Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell Glorystar’s laser cutting and welding equipment to international customers Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned markets Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical proposals Negotiate pricing and contracts in coordination with the sales manager Attend industry exhibitions and trade shows as a company representative Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction Meet or exceed sales targets and reporting KPIs
Job Requirements
Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial equipment or manufacturing solutions Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Strong understanding of customer needs in the metalworking or manufacturing industry Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Willingness to travel internationally as needed Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
