Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the parts quality management system, and create a factory quality culture; 2. Responsible for the construction, management and work planning of the parts quality team, and be responsible for the work results; 3. Responsible for organizing and analyzing the quality data of each link and promoting quality improvement.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, familiar with the manufacturing process and product knowledge of heat pump and air conditioning products; 2. More than 3 years of experience in parts quality management, familiar with process and supplier quality management; 3. Have the ability to solve problems, and be proficient in using quality tools to promote improvement; 4. Ability to work under pressure, strong coordination, project planning and team management skills.
