Job Responsibilities

岗位职责： 1.负责对拟投项目做财务分析、估值分析、尽职调查，并撰写项目投资可行性报告； 2.参与对拟投项目设计交易方案，并协助完成配套的投融资协议等法律文件； 3.负责搜集市场同业信息和优质项目标的，并提出投融资建议和意见； 4.负责维护公司在香港地区的投融资渠道和重点关系，不断加强合作与沟通。 Job duties： 1.Take charge of making financial analysis\value assessment and due diligence and drafting project investment feasibility report; 2.Involving protocol-design process for target investment project and work together to get those associate legal files such as investment and financing agreement done; 3.Responsible for collecting those industrial information and high-quality target project and come up with investment and financing suggestions; 4.Maintain the Key relationship and investment\financing channel in Hong Kong and reinforce the cooperation and communication.

Job Requirements

职位要求： 1.地点要求：Base香港； 2.教育背景：具备本科以上金融相关专业，硕士学历优先； 3.行业经验：具备私募股权、券商投行、跨国银行、信托资管等金融机构1以上工作经验； 4.知识技能：具备较强各类文案撰写和汇报材料制作能力，具备较强沟通表达能力； 4.资质证书：具备基金从业资格，注册会计师资格和法律职业资格者优先。 Job qualifications： 1.Base：Hong Kong； 2.Education background: bachelor's degree or above major on financing relevant profession; 3.Industrial experience: at least 1 year working experience in PE \broker\multinational bank and other financing institutions; 4.Knowledge and skills: excellent ability for drafting those file and report materials with sophisticate communication capacity; 5.license and certificate：fund qualification，CPA and legal professional qualification certificate owner will be priority。
