Job Responsibilities

- Gathering and Clarifying Supplier Offers: Collect and clarify offers from Chinese suppliers based on technical specifications. - Production Coordination: Coordinate with the factory to initiate the production process in line with product or service requirements. - Production Monitoring: Closely follow and report on the production process. - Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain supplier relationships and expand the supplier list. - Post-Production Preparations: Prepare for shipment and collect necessary documents from suppliers. - Internal Logistics Organization: Organize internal transportation. - Export Operations: Communicate with customs brokers and logistics firms, prepare required documents (packing list, invoice, and all other necessary export documents). Logistics Oversight: Ensure the safe delivery of goods to their target destinations. Export Activity Reporting: Periodically report on export activities. Service Provider Communication: Maintain communication with service providers, including banking institutions and accountants.

Job Requirements

- Language Skills: Proficiency in English or Russian (mandatory). - Financial Operations Knowledge: Preferable for daily transactions
