Job Responsibilities

**Job Responsibilities:** 1. Produce core marketing materials that combine strategy, target audience, and product selling points. Discover creative insights with potential and collaborate with the design team to create innovative content. Package the selling points for marketing and convey them to consumers in a creative format. 2. Plan the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) for new product launches, leading the overall marketing strategy, including communication rhythm, objectives, identifying communication angles, and selecting appropriate media touchpoints and formats. 3. Responsible for planning key communication campaigns throughout the year, conceptualizing creative ideas, planning topics, coordinating internal and external resources to execute marketing activities, and being accountable for results by monitoring and evaluating effectiveness. 4. Manage brand partnerships and collaborations, identifying opportunities to leverage a series of brand alliances, cross-industry collaborations, sponsorships, and other opportunities for communication. 5. Conduct project management and rhythm control for the assigned categories, integrating communication resources to serve the projects.
