Overview

TALENT WAY was founded to respond directly to the Chinese Central Government's directives on improving the laws, regulations, management and safety of all foreign teachers in China. TALENT WAY is authorized by the Anhui Provincial Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs and is therefore focused on ensuring all successful candidates to receive continual support throughout their stay in China. Under the expert guidance of the Anhui Provincial Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs, TALENT WAY cooperates with various educational institutions across Anhui Province and further afield, ensuring that all schools, from rural areas to internationally connected centers such as Hefei, have access to international resources and better facilitate international exchanges among local communities.
