Overview

Requirements for recruiting foreign teachers (1) Have relevant working experience of 2 years (inclusive) or more related to the teaching content and relevant qualifications; (2) Have a bachelor's degree or above; (3) Be physically and mentally healthy, with good conduct, have no criminal record, no history of infectious diseases or mental disorders, no behaviors such as sexual harassment, injecting or taking drugs, long - term use of dependent psychotropic drugs, and no other diseases or behaviors that may affect the safety, physical and mental health of others; (4) Have not made any remarks or actions that damage China's national sovereignty, security, honor and public interests; (5) Have not carried out any actions that prevent the implementation of the education policy; (6) Have no criminal record or behaviors that violate public security management such as taking drugs; (7) Have no behaviors such as sexual assault, abusing minors, sexual harassment or other behaviors that seriously violate China's public order and good customs and teachers' professional ethics standards; (8) Have not carried out illegal religious education, missionary activities or cult activities; (9) Have no academic misconduct; (10) Have no circumstances that are not suitable for engaging in the services agreed in this agreement as stipulated by laws or based on the nature and purpose of this agreement project. If the teaching staff equipped in the cooperation project are foreign personnel, in addition to the above conditions, Party B also needs to ensure that the teaching personnel entrusted by it simultaneously meet the following conditions: (1) Persons whose mother tongue is English, with a bachelor's degree or above, NQF level 6 or equivalent educational attainment; (2) Have passed ESL English teaching certification and professional training, and have an international educational background; (3) Have more than 2 years of teaching experience for teenagers and be good at communicating with children; (4) Be a permanent resident who has continuously resided in the Chinese mainland for half a year or more; (5) Comply with the laws of the People's Republic of China and have all kinds of legal qualifications and certificates related to the service, all of which are within the validity period, including but not limited to holding a passport, a no - crime certificate, a Z visa, a work residence type document, an employment permit, an employment certificate, a residence permit visa, or a foreigner's permanent residence permit, an educational attainment certificate, an international certified teacher qualification certificate and other relevant qualifications stipulated by laws.
