In 2005, entrepreneurs Mr. Shimmura and Mr. Kobayashi were seeking for global opportunities and met Mr. Wang, who just started in furniture manufacturing industry. The three co-founded the company H.K.Y at the same year in Hiroshima, Japan. In 2006, the first furniture brand Armonia was introduced and opened its first retail store on Japanese online shopping platform Rakuten. In 2007, Armonia’s first offline retail store was opened in Hiroshima, Japan. In 2008, Armonia opened its second online store on Yahoo Japan. In 2009, Armonia set up its branch in Dalian, China and started developing its supply chain. In 2010, sofa manufacturing factory was built in Dongguan, China In 2011, furniture brand Modern Deco was launched online In 2012, H.K.Y annual turnover reached 50 million dollars In 2013, panel manufacturing factory was built in Dongguan, China In 2014, 15000㎡ warehouse was built in Dongguan, China In 2015, Hong Kong Honor International Group Limited as a subsidiary company was founded In 2016, H.K.Y started launching its global commerce through Alibaba and set up Modern Deco general agency in Taiwan and France In 2017, H.K.Y built a 2000㎡ furniture photography studio in China and built a logistics centre in Japan, to provide customers with better quality product pictures and last mile service.
