广州南思第一太平戴维斯物业管理有限公司是由广州南沙开发建设集团全资子公司广州南沙城市运营有限公司和“全球领先的房地产服务商”第一太平戴维斯物业顾问(广州)有限公司共同出资成立。我们于2017年9月18日成立，先后受委托为明珠湾起步区首栋甲级写字楼“明珠开发大厦”、蕉门河中心区高品质甲级写字楼 “融通大厦”、明珠湾区CBD高端滨海综合体“颐德天地”、蕉门河城市客厅综合体“创享湾”和“国际人才港”等商业项目提供物业及资产管理服务。我们将致力于通过专业化管理及市场化运作，实现合资各方资源共享和优势互补，共同打造湾区一流、国际领先的物业服务品牌。Guangzhou Nansi First Pacific Davis Property Management Co., Ltd. is jointly established by Guangzhou Nansha Urban Operation Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangzhou Nansha Development and Construction Group, and First Pacific Davis Property Consultant (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., a leading global real estate service provider. We were established on September 18, 2017 and have been commissioned to provide property and asset management services for commercial projects such as the first Grade A office building in the starting area of Mingzhu Bay, "Mingzhu Development Building", high-quality Grade A office building in the central area of Jiaomen River, "Rongtong Building", high-end coastal complex in the CBD of Mingzhu Bay Area, "Yide Tiandi", Jiaomen River urban living room complex, "Chuangxiang Bay" and "International Talent Port". We will be committed to achieving resource sharing and complementary advantages among all parties in the joint venture through professional management and market-oriented operation, and jointly building a first-class and internationally leading property service brand in the Bay Area.
