Huajing established in 2002, is one of the biggest semi-trailer spare parts manufacturer in Asia. It is composed by Guangzhou Huajing Machine Manufacture Co.,HJ (RUS) Limited Liability Company，HJ-AXLE INDIA MANUFACTURING PRIVATE LIMITED Ltd and Guangdong Huajing Auto Spare Parts Manufacturer Co., Ltd, which covers an area of 400.000 square meters and has more than 800 staff. Production processes include forging, casting, welding, machining, stamping, heat treatment, hot extrusion, intermediate frequency, surface treatment, mould design and manufacturing etc. With more than 10 years’ development and innovation, Huajing has become a leader in the industry of semi-trailer axle manufacturing. Huajing Company is a leading supplier of trailer components in China. We mainly focus on the research, innovation, production, and development of German and American standard axle assemblies, trailer supporting components, air suspension, single point suspension, mechanical suspension, support legs, disc brake shafts, and other products. Huajing Company's comprehensive strength has now ranked among the forefront of the axle industry, which are evaluated from multiple dimensions such as growth rate, industry share, brand value, and management level. Our company currently has two production plants which one is in Zengcheng, Guangzhou and another one lands in Fogang, Qingyuan, covering a total area of 170000 square meters. Based on that, we enable to create our own ‘Huajing Industrial Park’ and an independent and perfect working environment. Huajing Company has modern and intelligent production equipment, including CNC machining centers, CNC grinding machines, high-precision welding robots, four gun automatic welding machine production lines, fully automatic extrusion production lines, 40 to 800 ton hydraulic presses, fully automatic roll forging production lines, 125KJ electro-hydraulic hammers, 1600 ton electric screw presses, and advanced heat treatment equipment, which totally obtain more than 300 units. In order to actively carry out the concept of ‘intelligent manufacturing’ which is proposed by our government, Huajing Company has increased the investment and collaborated with world-renowned robotics companies such as Yaskawa and Kuka so that we can continuously optimize and upgrade existing production processes, process routes, facilities and equipment. In this way, we strive to become a model and benchmark for digital chemical factories in the industry. In the domestic market, our dealer coverage rate covers around 90% in most of city, and has built a strategic partnership with the leading trailer enterprise, CIMC Ruijiang Vehicles. In overseas markets, Huajing products are exported to all around the world such as the United States, Mexico, and India, and our international sales networks cover seven continents respectively.
