广州迪森热能技术股份有限公司创办于1993年，是我国中央热水机组的最早开拓者，是燃气采暖热水炉国家标准（GB25034-2010）的第一主编单位、多个国家标准及行业标准的主编与参编单位、同时为中国工业锅炉行业协会副理事长单位、中国城市燃气协会理事单位、广州机电行业协会副会长单位。2003年在新加坡成功上市，成为广东省第一家在海外成功上市企业。2012年在深交所创业板上市（股票代码300335），成为国内生物质能供热运营行业首家上市公司。 公司始终围绕“能源综合服务商”的战略定位，致力于能源相关产品与服务领域，主要业务覆盖三大领域：新能源及清洁能源应用装备（B端装备）、清洁能源投资及运营（B端运营）及智能舒适家居制造及服务（C端产品与服务）。。旗下拥有“迪森装备”“迪森家居”“迪森数字”“小松鼠”“森茂智能” 等知名商标和品牌，是国内领先的清洁能源综合服务商。 Guangzhou Dixon Thermal Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993 and is the earliest pioneer of central hot water units in China. It is the first editor in chief unit of the national standard for gas heating water heaters (GB25034-2010), the editor in chief and participating unit of multiple national and industry standards. It is also the vice chairman unit of the China Industrial Boiler Industry Association, the director unit of the China Urban Gas Association, and the vice chairman unit of the Guangzhou Mechanical and Electrical Industry Association. In 2003, it successfully went public in Singapore, becoming the first Guangdong province company to successfully go public overseas. In 2012, it was listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code 300335), becoming the first listed company in the domestic biomass heating operation industry.
