Work it, quickly! Chinese models, working to a super-quick schedule, have developed a lightning quick posing technique, which sees them changing their stance up to 30 times a second  Photo: DailyMail

Apparently, the models have adapted their poses to match the frenetic pace at which they’re expected to work – but they can expect a healthy $1500 pay cheque for a day’s graft.

One model, plying her trade for online shopping brand Taobao, managed to make some 30 moves per second.

The quick-pose phenomenon is well documented in Asia, with a 2014 China Daily article reporting  models working for high-street fashion chains might commonly wear around 150 items of clothing in  garments in one day and make more than 700 poses.

Wearing a green top, she is  seen changing her pose with incredible speed, while a photographer can be heard giving her instructions as the camera shutter continuously clicks away in the background.

The model is told to  ‘take the handbag’ and also to ‘use the pockets’ in her trousers, which she does so seamlessly while pictures continue to be taken.
