In 2017, the whole Beijing municipal court accepted 453,382 internet cases including internet shopping and service contracts. From January to August this year, the number of such cases reached 37,631, up 24.4% year-on-year.

STEP 2: Put it all on record
The Internet court USES the online way to hear the case, and the litigation link of the case is generally completed online.
Search “北京互联网法院” or type www.bjinternetcourt.gov.cn
Then register on the platform;
Mobile phone users can use their mini program to register. Simply search “北京互联网法院” on WeChat.

The electronic form of the complaint can be uploaded directly through the litigation platform. The litigation platform will provide the template; you just need to fill in the corresponding information.
After confirming that the information is correct, the filing application will be completed and you’ll need to wait for the judge to review the information online and send you a text message.
STEP 3: Trial
Before the court session, you need to pay fees online, submit materials, check the evidence of the other side, contact the judge. Other matters can be completed online.
The court will send court notices via text message and subpoenas through the litigation platform.
From here, download the app, create an account to log in, complete the equipment detection, and then you can enter the trial phase.
